Welcome, I’m Josephine Wells a Yoga Teacher based in Great Mongeham, Deal, Walmer, Kent and Online.
I love to share my yoga and help you to start your yoga journey too. I mostly focus on the physical aspect of yoga. As I continue my own yoga journey, I like to share other elements. These include different breathing and meditation techniques. I also enjoy sharing a little yoga history as well.
Yoga can help to calm the nervous system, improve sleep and help you to have better self awareness. Whatever your reason for joining a class you will find yourself within a friendly and supportive group.
When and where can you join me?
Monday evenings we’re at Great Mongeham Village Hall, on the outskirts of Deal. A cosy hall with parking by the village green.
Tuesday mornings at Walmer Parish Hall.

Yoga classes – In Person
Monday evenings – 6:15 pm at Great Mongeham Village Hall
The 6:15 pm sessions are Guided by the Moon, the yoga matching the energy of the moon. From relaxing, slow and restoring to dynamic and strong.
A chance to create space for gratitude and forgiveness before focusing on New Moon goal setting.

You can join us for our MONTHLY evening class, the 4th Wednesday of the month.

In this longer class, we get a chance to explore beyond the physical yoga. We delve into the realms of meditation, mudras, and mindfulness.
2026 sees us starting to explore yogic texts.
